Ain't I a Woman?
I found "Ain't I a Woman?" by Sojourner Truth very powerful and influential. She was born as a black female slave where at the time placed at the bottom of the society. As a female slave, she did not get any rights to have life, love nor anything. However, she raised 13 children and worked arduously. In return, she gained nothing because she was a woman. While no one treated her as a woman, giving her life of men, she never received proper rights like other men. Maybe after all, she wanted to cry out her rights and women's rights by even changing her name into Sojourner Truth.
