After watching Mama's boy over the weekend with some friends, it actually reminded me of Freud. The way that the son and mothers relationship in the movie can be quite comical, it roots from Freudian theory. In the movie the mother takes on a relationship with an unknown man, which upsets her son and he start to begin to act out. This is the son trying to keep the mother to himself and away from other suiters.
